Government of Bihar has released an official notification forPost Matric Scholarship (PMS)scheme for BC & EBC category and SC & ST category Students to the academic year 2025-26 through PMS Online portal.All eligible and interested male and female students can apply online atPMS Onlineofficial websitepmsonline.bihar.gov.infrom15th September 2025to till the application last date15th November 2025for Bihar Post Matric Scholarship Scheme 2025.
Applicants must be a permanent resident of Bihar state.
The caste of the applicant should be under Backward Class (BC) / Extremely Backward Class (EBC) / Scheduled Castes (SC) / Scheduled Tribes.
BC & EBC or SC & ST students whose annual income of parent/ guardian including own income does not exceed Rs.3,00,000/- only, will be eligible for scholarship under this scheme. The applicant should be studying in post-admission courses in government institutions / recognized non-government institutions located within the state.
